More of the same for the U19′s

The Sharks U19 team to face the Cheetahs U19 team has seen a few changes, but not the wholesale changes we have come to expect from coach Ryan Strudwick. The backline sees only one change whereas the forwards show two changes.

Amongst the forwards, changes at prop and lock see Nicolaas van Dyk and Braam Steyn getting starts, replacing Simon Kerrod and Wade Elliot respectively. Captain Allan Dell continues at loosehead after making the switch from tighthead a few weeks ago.

Robert du Preez will have a new halfback partner in Ivan Ludick, with Stefan Ungerer switching back to the bench. This U19 team will do well to hold the Cheetahs off, and will have a lot to play for as they continue to hover in mid table.

The Sharks U19: 15. Janco Tiedt, 14. Heinrich Arendse, 13. Andrew Holland, 12. Ruan Allerston, 11. Siyabonga Tom, 10. Robert du Preez, 9. Ivan Ludick, 8.Guy Alexander, 7. Alwyn Jansen van Vuuren, 6. Khaya Majola, 5. Stephan Lewies, 4. Braam Steyn, 3. Nicolaas van Dyk, 2. Franco Marais, 1. Allan Dell (Capt)

Reserves: 16. Chad Banfield, 17. Simon Kerrod, 18. Stephan Deyzel, 19. Jason Klaasen, 20. Wade Elliot, 21. Stefan Ungerer, 22. Riaan van Zyl, 23. Keelin Bastew
