Eddie Jones, current head coach of the Japanese rugby side and ex-assistant to Jake White at the 2007 World Cup, is believed to have suffered a minor stroke.

Details are a bit light, but reports that Jones has been hospitalised after showing signs that can be seen as having suffered a minor stroke. Jones is currently busy preparing his team for a test against the All Blacks in Tokyo.

It is reported that Jones suffered from a headache and left the team to go to hospital. A spokesperson from the Japanese Rugby Union said that doctors had picked up light cerebral infarction and will be kept hospitalised for further examination.

We would like to wish Eddie all the best in his recovery and hope to see him next to the rugby field soon.
